About the job:

• creating and guiding various day and evening programs for teenager
• being trustworthy, outgoing & self-dependent + have necessary assertiveness to handle teens
• responsible for the guest’s safety as well as for the used materials during activities
• doing guest contact with a good communication and calling the guests by their names
• being part of the evening program (supporting entertainment team, taking part in shows etc.)
• when dining in the restaurant, you are obliged to be with the guests & maintain guest contact
• always following the TUI MAGIC LIFE guidelines and concept with a positive charisma
