About the job:

• advising, consulting & supervising our guests
• leading the watersport program and courses
• organizing the administrative work associated with the watersport facilities
• responsible for the watersport rental system
• voluntarily participation in the evening program

You as our MAGIC MATCH 
are the most important, because you are a great host & entertainer, plus you’re: 
 

• experienced in water sports like catamaran, surfing, sailing & waterski ​  
• Best case licensed with VDWS certificate​ aware of working with high quality material and take care of it 
• having high physically conditions as you are working in a sports activity within a southern-climate surrounding 
• a good swimmer 
• excited to support our guests regarding to health & safety and watersport operations​ 
• passionate about being with guests at the beach​ 
• motivated to entertain our guests during the “evening entertainment program”
