You as our MAGIC MATCH
are the most important, because you are a great host, plus you’re:

• experienced in the position of hospitality or have fundamental knowledge in an assisting role​
• having foreign language skills: English and German fluently
  French on a conversational level, further languages are an advantage
• having strong communication skills and pleasure in dealing with guests​
• having computer skills
• diplomatic with an always friendly attitude
• an organizational talent​
• well organised and capable to follow up diligently

FRONT OFFICE (MANAGER)

You as our MAGIC MATCH
are the most important, because you are a great host, plus you’re:

• having (minimum one year) experience in the position or have fundamental knowledge in an assisting role​
• having foreign language skills: English and German fluently
  French on a conversational level, further languages are an advantage
• computer literacy & skills, especially concerning PMS systems (e.g. Protel)
• organised and have a commercial mind
• aware of habits, manners, taste and lifestyle of major emitting countries
• aware of regulations for security standards, foreign currency exchange and guest accommodation
• a leader with authority and responsibility
• understanding logistics of maximum efficiency in rooms allocation and tour operator practices

RECEPTIONIST

You as our MAGIC MATCH
are the most important, because you are a great host, plus you’re:

• having computer skills/literacy
• experienced in PMS systems (e.g. Protel/Opera)
• having foreign language skills: English and German fluently
  French on a conversational level, further languages are an advantage
• having knowledge of legal & police regulations concerning hosting customers
• having a presentable appearance & are diplomatic and kind

FOOD & BEVERAGE (F&B)

are the most important, because you are a great host, plus you’re:

• polite and have a kind manner towards guests
• able to ensure hygiene regulations
• working steady, proper and careful
• have a presentable appearance
• fluent in English (other languages are an advantage)

KITCHEN STAFF
